These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Human Body Explorer ("the app", "we", "our"), an educational anatomy game developed by an independent developer. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Human Body Explorer is an educational app for learning human anatomy through interactive lessons, quizzes, challenges, clinical cases, animations, and 3D activities. All content is available free of charge — there are no purchases, subscriptions or paid unlocks.

2. Account & Eligibility

• You may create one personal account. Sharing credentials is prohibited.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• The service is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are under 13, do not create an account or use the service.
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Scrape, crawl, mass-download, or use automated tools to access the app or its API
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from app content (lessons, challenges, animations, clinical cases) without written permission
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or to harass other users
• Attempt to disrupt the service or exploit bugs for unfair advantage
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate rankings or game progress

4. Free Access

All features and content are available free of charge. The app contains no in-app purchases, no subscriptions and no paid unlocks. You do not need to pay anything to use any part of the service.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the app — lessons, slides, quiz questions, challenges, clinical cases, mechanism sequences, animations, illustrations, user interface, code, and translations — is the property of the developer or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. Anatomical knowledge itself is in the public domain; the specific expression, structure, and curation of that content are not.

6. Medical Disclaimer

Human Body Explorer is an educational tool, not medical advice. Content is for learning purposes only. Do not use the app to self-diagnose, treat, or make health decisions. Always consult a qualified medical professional for clinical questions. The developer is not liable for any decisions made based on app content.

7. Service Availability & Modifications

We provide the app on an "as is" basis without warranty of uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer's liability for any claim arising from your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (e.g., for gross negligence or willful misconduct under Polish/EU consumer law).

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible. Deleting or terminating an account ends access to account-linked content.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law & Contact

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Poland. Disputes will be resolved by the courts competent for the developer's place of business, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
