Account deletion

Human Body Explorer lets you delete your account and associated data from inside the app.

Delete your account in the app

Open Human Body Explorer.
Sign in to your account.
Go to Settings.
Choose Delete account.
Confirm the deletion prompt.

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address linked to your account:

What is deleted

We delete your account profile, email address, username, internal user identifier, settings, progress, achievements, challenge attempts, class memberships, support tickets, and game history associated with your account.

What may be retained

After account deletion, an irreversible hash of a historical purchase confirmation may remain. It is detached from the user and retained solely to prevent purchase fraud or replay. We may also retain data where required by law, for example to meet legal, tax or accounting obligations. Nothing is retained for gameplay or marketing.

How long deletion takes

Deletion confirmed inside the app is processed immediately. For an email request, we may first ask for information needed to verify that you own the account; we then process the request without undue delay and within applicable legal deadlines.
